“La Casona” is the starting point of the “Weskar Lodge” project, both for the hotel and the restaurant. The kitchen, dining room and lounge areas are part of what used to be our home in Puerto Natales, the place where 20 years ago we decided to welcome travelers from around the world seeking the legendary Torres del Paine and the ancient Patagonian Glaciers.
The chef and his excellent team of cooks take daily care to put the greatest love into their signature preparations, combining Patagonian flavors with touches of homestyle cuisine from the end of the world.
At the Bar and Restaurant, our team will undoubtedly offer you an exquisite pisco sour, regional beers and our Chilean wines while you enjoy lunch or dinner with the best views of the Última Esperanza fjord and Puerto Natales.
In the months of August and September, our restaurant offers a homemade menu prepared especially for guests who visit us during this cold time of year.

If guests do not wish to take the full menu, they may choose from the available à la carte dishes and beverages at their individual prices.
Sandwiches are also available with beef, chicken, or vegetarian options (includes French fries).
For your excursions we offer a Box Lunch that includes:
- Ciabatta sandwich (beef, chicken, or vegetarian). Lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
- Mixed nuts
- Assorted sweets
- Fruit
- Bottle of juice
- Still water
You can request it directly at reception until 9:00 PM on the day before your excursion.
La Casona Restaurant by Weskar will launch its full gastronomic offering with the renewed menu on October 3, marking the start of the 2025–2026 season.
